This website does not use cookies
This website does not install cookies or store anything permanently in your browser: it does not use localStorage or any advertising or tracking tools. That is why we do not show you a cookie notice.
What we record when you tap a button
To find out whether the website is useful, we count how many times the contact buttons are tapped: Call, WhatsApp, Get directions, Leave us a review and See all on Google. For each tap we store only:
- the type of button;
- the page and language you were on;
- the type of device (mobile, tablet or computer), worked out from the screen width;
- the date and time.
We do not store your IP address, your name, your phone number or any identifier. With this data we cannot know who you are.
To avoid counting the same click twice, the website notes the time of the last click on each button in the browser's sessionStorage and does not count it again for 10 seconds. That data is deleted automatically when you close the tab and never leaves your browser.
The detailed tap records are kept for 24 months. After that they are grouped into monthly totals by button type, and the details are deleted.
Visits: Cloudflare Web Analytics
On the published website we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate. It does not use cookies or identify individuals.
Protection against abuse
On the published website, Cloudflare applies a request limit to curb abusive use of the counter. To do so, Cloudflare processes your IP address momentarily on its servers. Our code never reads or stores your IP address.
Cloudflare, data processor
The website is served from Cloudflare, which acts as data processor to host it, count taps and visits, and apply the request limit. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area; it does so with the safeguards provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data only to find out how many people contact the clinic through the website and to improve it. The legal basis is the clinic's legitimate interest in understanding how its website is used, with data that does not identify anyone.
Calls, WhatsApp and Google Maps
If you call, message us on WhatsApp or open Google Maps from the website, those services process your data under their own policies. Whatever you tell us by phone or WhatsApp will be used only to look after you and give you an appointment, with your consent and to take steps at your request before any treatment. If you become a patient, your clinical record is governed by healthcare law and kept for as long as that law requires.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by contacting us using the details above. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
